Notes:
*Non-Electric Grass Pitch – 2 people with car and tent, caravan (Includes awning) or motorhome up to 8m including guy ropes (add 1m MIN per side). See ***Superpitch for up to 10m.

**Electric Grass Pitch – As per Non Electric Grass Pitch with electric 10 amp.

***Superpitch – Tents / Caravans 8 – 10 meters MAX inc. guy ropes (NOTE: Consider Superpitch upgrade when extra vehicle, gazebo etc. are included all must fit on the pitch).

Booking Conditions

  1. Arrivals to arrive to 12pm to 7 pm and departs to be left by 10am
  2. A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per week or part week is required for each pitch.
  3. The balance will be due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date or immediately.
  4. No refunds under any circumstances within a 6 week period of your booking arrival date.
  5. Well-behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a short lead at all times. Any accidental fouling on the grass or drives must be removed immediately and disposed of in the appropriate manner by the owner.
  6. If you fail to arrive on the date you have booked, your pitch may be re-let from 10:00 AM the following day, unless the management has been informed of your delay.
  7. The speed limit throughout the park is strictly 5 mph.
  8. All quiet by 11:00 PM, silent by 11:30 PM. At all other times, the enjoyment of others must not be compromised by excessive noise.
  9. Parents are responsible for providing appropriate supervision of all their children and infants at all times whilst on the park. Please do not allow your children to cause disturbance by allowing them to play between caravans, tents, and toilet and shower areas. Children will not be allowed in the play area before 9:00 AM and after 9:00 PM, out of respect for campers pitched nearby.
  10. Groups or parties may be accepted at the management’s discretion and by prior arrangement, with full payment being made prior to your arrival.(ask about special terms).
  11. The proprietors reserve the right to refuse a reservation or to terminate a booking of any person whose conduct is detrimental to the well-being or comfort of other park occupants.
  12. Extensions are subject to availability and may involve moving pitch.
  13. If information supplied is incorrect at the time of booking (e.g., tent size, extra car), the management can not be held responsible; however, we will do our best to accommodate.
  14. Payment of your fees/deposits constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
  15. No generators are permitted on site.
  16. All visitors must report to reception for the safety and security of the site.
  17. The proprietors of Penderleath Camping and Caravan Park retain the right to correct any errors in prices or on their website or amend prices and descriptions at any time without prior notice.
